Welcome to Odysea! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern how you access and use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”). Please read them carefully before using Odysea. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Odysea is designed to help water enthusiasts plan, track, and share activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, and other aquatic adventures. The App provides GPS tracking, route planning, event creation, and weather data to enhance your time on the water.
By creating an account or using Odysea, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
When using Odysea, you agree to:
Odysea’s GPS and route tracking features are provided to assist planning but should not replace your own judgment, preparation, or safety measures. Always check tides, weather conditions, and local safety advice before heading out. Odysea is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from your use of the App.
The App uses your device’s location to track routes and display nearby points of interest. You can enable or disable location permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not function properly without location access.
You may post or share routes, events, and photos within Odysea. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Odysea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share it within the App and its community features.
You are responsible for ensuring any content you share complies with these Terms and does not infringe the rights of others.
All materials within Odysea — including text, graphics, trademarks, software, and design — are owned by Odysea Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may also delete your account at any time within the App settings or by contacting us at support@odysea.app.
We may modify these Terms of Use to reflect updates to our features or policies. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
Odysea is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odysea Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
